30th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

Helen was excellent and worked so hard for us. From the initial valuation to the very end , the team were professional and the valuation was accurate. The photographs of our property were accurate and beautiful. I would highly recommend this estate agency if you are thinking of selling in North Tyneside.

10th Sep 2025 (26 weeks ago)Catherine and Derek were excellent to deal with from the moment I first made enquiries to the day I moved out. Any emails were responded to very quickly and any issues dealt with - the property was very new and there were some things the builders had to sort but Catherine kept chasing them to ensure things were fixed. All in all they made the process so easy and efficient and were always so pleasant as well. Deposit was returned the day after I moved out which was fantastic.

The Team have been very professional and outstanding, their communication with us has made the entire process feel less stressful, often going above and beyond. Lucy has been an amazing support throughout, our whole selling process, nothing was a problem no matter how inconsequential it seemed to be, she was always on hand to offer support and advice. There was always one of the team available for reassurances and to guide you.
