Thomas helped us secure a mortgage and guided us through our options, insurance policies and general advice. He was so professional, friendly and even when we rushed him, he took it in his stride and put our needs first!! Kelly and Lincoln assisted with finding a property and helped us along the way when we needed guidance on concerns we had with the property and helped to get that resolved. Would definitely recommend!
4th Apr 2025 (13 days ago)I just wanted to say that dealing with Connells in Buckingham and particular Alex has been fantastic! Alex has been helpful and supportive through the whole process from start to finish. Alex went over and above to guide my daughter and I through the sale of our property. He made the selling process bearable. Always available, weekly calls and his advice which was very honest was very much appreciated. Thank you Alex for all of your help with the house sale. Your knowledge, professionalism and understanding was second to none.

They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

She regularly checked it with us and always helped where she could. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future house sales. Thank you for all your help.

If and when I end up selling, Connells is going to be my first choice, without a doubt.

Once found, they managed the chain and kept in regular contact throughout. A great team and a well managed experience. Highly recommended.

22nd Mar 2025 (26 days ago)Absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we met Richard we knew we wanted Jackie Oliver to sell our house. We had two other estate agents come round, both giving hard sale tactics, one even telling us to fill out the paperwork to sell the house before he came, to "speed up the process". Richard gave us time and made us feel like we just sat down with a friend to have a chat about selling our house. His guidance and the help from the whole team was outstanding. The photos taken by Frazer were beautiful and really made us question why we were moving! Charlotte wrapped up the whole process with an amazing after sales customer service experience and was on hand to offer advice and help push through the sale as effectively and quickly as needed All together a faultless experience and we would happily recommend Jackie Oliver to anyone looking to buy or sell, we just wish we had bought a property through them as well! 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd Mar 2020 (5 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!
