One of the most professional and reliable lettings agents I’ve ever rented from!
Everyone working on the lettings side have always been friendly and efficient throughout my tenancy. The amount of care that they’ve exhibited as a lettings agent has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it. Queries/problems (albeit minimal!) have always been dealt with efficiently.
If you’re thinking about renting a property with Davies and Partners, don’t think twice, they’ll get snapped up quick. Circumstances have changes for me but if I needed to find a home again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!

We last moved 20 years ago and used Davies & Partners due to local recommendations, the service then was excellent and all went really well. So when it was time to sell our house and move out of the area the decision to use Davies & Partners was an easy one. Once again the service was brilliant, friendly, professional and efficient. The marketing was first class and the house sold immediately, they kept us informed all through the process and ensued everything went smoothly, which helps what can usually be a difficult process. Having sold our house in Southport we decided to move into rental while we looked for a suitable house in Oxfordshire. We opted for one of the ex-American Airforce base bungalows in Upper Heyford that Davies and Partners handle. From the beginning we found them friendly, helpful and professional. The six months we had allocated to finding a house turned into a nerve-wracking 18 months, which was exacerbated by the cover pandemic, and had we had a less sympathetic firm to deal with we are not sure what we would have done. Sarah, the member of staff with whom we dealt most of the time, was unfailingly reasonable and sympathetic, particularly with our on-again, off-again moving dates. We were particularly impressed by her unflappability as we proceeded to exchange, complete and move-out within 2 days. The icing on the cake was the speed with which our deposit was returned to us. We wish to recommend this firm unreservedly and thank them again for their support and cooperation.

Davies and Partners provided an excellent bespoke service in selling our Brackley home. From advertising, viewings, feedback to completion, communication was a two way experience and thus excellent.We priced it perfectly within the current climate of non-new builds and had over 19 viewings in less than two weeks with a procedable offer within this time. Unlike other estate agents they listen and really worked hard with us to ensure a successful completion. The rental team at Davies and Partners in Brackley looked after my property while I was overseas for many years. During this time, I learned to trust their judgment and their integrity. There were many occasions when they handled difficult maintenance issues. They explained the problem, provided assistance with finding a contractor, and followed up as required. When it came time to sell, I used their services again. They guided me through a sale which was not straightforward and, as I had expected, provided excellent advice. On top of the great service, I found them to be fundamentally nice people....a bonus!

Davies and Partners have been super-helpful and understanding of our need to find a new house to rent for our family. We've met a number of members of staff, all of whom have been accommodating and friendly.
Whether buying or renting, moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, so to find an agent that looks after you as a tenant (and often tenants are at the bottom of the priority list) goes to show their excellent morals and principles, and I'd be very happy to recommend them.

Lack of consideration to the fact that they are dealing with peoples lives. This is one of the most stressful life changes - this agent needs to go ‘back to basics’ and consider the human element attached to buying & selling houses.

I recently used Davies & Partners to market our property in Brackley and the service provided was excellent. Good professional advice and guidance was given as to how best market our property. Viewings were arranged and honest feedback promptly given.
