5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

Excellent Service from Gould & Harrison!<br><br>We recently purchased our new home through Gould & Harrison and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.<br><br>The team were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. 16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Valuation and actual property advert was initially 10k difference. I challenged this and after some time managed to get it back to valuation, which we sold at. We could have lost 10k due to this. Other communication errors throughout the selling process gave us concern and we didn’t have the best experience with their recommended solicitor either.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
