   I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service....    Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped....    Word of advice, if someone has already put in an offer on a property it is courteous to let viewers know prior to the day so that they can decide whether they want to view at all. Rather than flippantly informing them during the viewing. Ridiculous.... Read more

They were very approachable, with excellent communication from both Jeanette and Nikki at all times as the sale progressed. We completed on the sale just 8 weeks after it went on the market.    Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
