   Tom Grant was kind enough to give us a valuation and house dressing advice a couple of years before we anticipated downsizing in the hope that we would use Grant and Co when the time came. Consequently we did use them and again Tom gave excellent professional advice, found us several ready to go purchasers and negotiated a good price. The sale was completed in 5 weeks! So yes we would recommend them, not perhaps the least expensive out there but their attention and professionalism paid dividends in the end.... Read more

Once again I am looking for another home and have turned straight to Mr. Gaston for help. I know that my search is in good hands and he will make every effort to find the perfect home for me.    Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could.
