So unprofessional. A racist comment was made and when I complained about it, it was ignored. Rent was taken from my tenants on 20th december to avoid problems over Christmas, I didn't receive this until 3rd of January and only after I chased them repeatedly. I am still waiting for payment for my white goods that were in the property, this was arranged with a 3rd party by flint and cook.the way I was spoken to on a number of occasions was so uncalled for. They also kept a key after I explicitly told them that all keys were to be given to the tenants and this was withheldfrom them until I complained. I would never use this company and would certainly not recommend them at all.

Worst place to rent from keep others in dark unfriendly staff in urgent need of retraining in customer service skills best too deal with head office if this fails then you no you won't get the service you want from a company who think it has my reason for this I own my home living next door to a rental home fell out with new people who Ltd my access to my drive plus was told that they have a girlfriend stay two days but past few months stay longer in eyes of council there living there estate agents won't do a thing even this girlfriend snicked her dogs in thinking didn't see them JUST BE CAREFUL IF BUYING.SAME.RENTING CAN'T BE TRUSTED
