Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fodens did a great job of selling our property at a competitive price. When choosing agents, Fodens showed far more engagement with the property than other local companies, who gave the impression that it was just another property. Jenny 'got' our quirky, character property and this enthusiasm was clear in the marketing material, and no doubt was evident during viewings. We were selling at distance, as this was a probate sale, so not the most straightforward circumstances, further complicated by the death of our mother mid-process. Jenny was very understanding and managed to keep this process as stress free as we could have wished. We never met Jenny in person but it didn't feel like it. Well done to her and the team at Fodens for driving this sale over the line so smoothly.

I dealt with Ellie on a very regular basis and she was fantastic. She was professional, patient, helpful and very understanding, when I faced delays with my completion dates, due to issues beyond my control. I would definitely use Nock Deighton again, without hesitation. In fact I've already asked them to keep me informed of any properties that come to market, that I maybe interested in. 5 stars well deserved

They persevered and found the right buyer. Throughout Louise and Sue kept in regular touch, giving us helpful advice and encouragement. We would highly recommend them.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
