Beercock Wiles & Wick

21a Northgate

Belinda at Beercocks, Hessle recently handled the marketing and sale of our property in Hessle. From our first telephone contact, we were impressed with her excellent local market knowledge and felt confident in accepting her advice and guidance throughout the sale process. We would be happy to recommend Beercocks, Hessle and would not hesitate to use them again.

Quick & Clarke - Brough

59D Welton Road, Brough, East Riding

Tim Claire and Richard were absolutely superb in orchestrating the sale of my former home in Brough. To say this wasn't the average "run of the mill" sale would be an understatement and they went above and beyond my expectations to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Thanks for everything guys, and I hope you never have another sale like this one!!

Quick and Clarke were the second estate agent I used for the sale of my house, within four days of signing up with them I had a viewing (4 months with previous estate agents, no viewings and bad customer service). Dealing with Jo and Tim has been an apsolute pleasure, I have been able to call them with queries and they have kept me updated on the progress. I am now happily ensconced in my new home ???? and I couldn’t be happier - Thank you xx

Matthew Limb - Brough

Unit 2, Brough Shopping Park, Welton Road, Brough

Excellent family-run business who were very helpful throughout the purchase of our first house. For such a big purchase, that was constantly postponed due to solicitor and chain issues, they were always on hand for updates throughout the process. Highly recommended for buying, and will be sure to make them my first port of call when the time comes to list our own

Dane Mortimer

Bitterly disappointing, we recently purchased a property through Matthew Limb after the offer was accepted we heard nothing from the agency, unless we called them. They did not do ANY sales progression, we ended up speaking to the Vendors and the other estate agents ourselves to find out what was happening and to agree move dates. On the day our purchase completed they didn't even call us to tell us it had gone through. I would not recommend them, and will not be selling any property through them in future. Abysmal service (don''t even deserve one star)

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

Can't fault the service

Can't fault the service, literally found me the best 3 in my area, Kept my details hidden and I went with one of the recommendations! Easy!

I chose one of the recommended estate agents from getagent and they have been marvellous.Had an offer on the property after first viewings

Easy to use.

Very quick service, within an hour I had my valuation set up with 2 different companies. Saves time as well as you don't need to trawl the internet.

Mrs susan fletcher

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.

Ms Jean Bywater

Good easy to understand info. They even got the agents to contact me, so I didn't need to chase them.
