Wiktoria dealt with our sale and was fantastic and very proactive, kept in touch, gave us regular updates and managed to get us plenty of viewings with a sale in less than a week! She also answered any questions we had quickly. Lucy who came to do the valuation was great and very informative, the staff in the office are also great. Couldn’t fault them and I am pleased we chose to use them.

Special mention to Tony Fenwick who I dealt with at the start, Tony answered all my questions, offered great advice and took great photographs. No hesitation in recommending.

From the initial onset through to the completion and even beyond the communication, attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. A particular shout out to Liz Redfern who was outstanding. Liz kept the communication flow open throughout the buying process and was amazing to work with. Liz was an absolute star, taking a lot of pain away from the buying process with professionalism, humour and urgency. Thanks Stanifords and thanks in particular to Liz. We will be forever grateful for your help.

11th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

As I live in a different Country I relied heavily on their involvement and I wasn't disappointed. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.
17th May 2026 (7 days ago)We were very happy with Oscar’s. Although they are not situated in our area it made no difference due to their advertising of our property. All the staff involved were very nice, pleasant communicators. My only concern at the valuation, hence the 4 star rating, was that they did not offer to attend viewings as it was quite a distance from their office.However, It actually worked better for us as we could offer local knowledge to viewers as many had travelled from other areas of Yorkshire. Sarah was spot on with her estimation of how long her expectation of a sale would be 4-6 weeks. Just 5 weeks!!

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.
