From valuation to completion the team at Limb’s were thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful. Things were progressing well in the earlier stages of our sale and Vicky, who had taken photos and produced our brochure, checked in with us regularly and kept us informed. However, in the later stages, when our chain had more than a few hiccups, Vicky was brilliant, going above and beyond to research the problems. She discovered why some difficult situations were delaying things and very carefully and professionally explained them to us and reassured us that all would be well in the end. Bitterly disappointing, we recently purchased a property through Matthew Limb after the offer was accepted we heard nothing from the agency, unless we called them. They did not do ANY sales progression, we ended up speaking to the Vendors and the other estate agents ourselves to find out what was happening and to agree move dates. On the day our purchase completed they didn't even call us to tell us it had gone through. I would not recommend them, and will not be selling any property through them in future.
