We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!

28th Mar 2025 (25 days ago)Very happy with all the team at the Gillingham office. Really worked hard for their fee (over 80 viewings), excellent communications and feedback after each viewing. Special mention to Nathan, who tried so hard! Would recommend to anyone as house specialists in the area.
28th Mar 2025 (25 days ago)We had had our house on the market for nearly two years before instructing Salisbury Strutt & Parker who were our third agent over that time period. From the start, the Strutt and Parker team showed a palpable energy and enthusiasm for the property, which most agents do at the start, but unusually this was carried unfaltering all the way through to the completion of the sale. Strutt and Parker's terms were the same as other agents, yet they were on the phone to us communicating every detail and updating us of every thing we needed to know. They were responsive, always contactable and staff made extensive efforts to really understand the property and it's value and features. Best of all was the personal approach, Nick Ingle was happy to chat, give advice and reassure at any time of day and especially through the sale process (where most agents have moved their attention onto their next sale). I can't fault how much chasing, communicating with other parties, updating and creating solutions to issues along the way that the Strutt and Parker team did. I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime, but their service was an example to other estate agents who shelved efforts after 6 weeks (realising it wasn't an easy sell) and stopped communicating or marketing the property. When you're paying a five-figure sum to an agent, service like we received from George, Nick and the team seems like very good value. The team were instrumental in facilitating offer to completion in just over 7 weeks saving us from the additional stamp duty rise. I can't recommend them enough.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
12th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)The biggest disappointment for us to use these people. Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid. 4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!! No feelings whatsoever, or people skills. Horrendous experience.
2nd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Inigo provides better photography and greater information of a property and appeals to a sector of the the property buying market that appreciates good architecture and design.
