We did rely on what we were told by the Lodestone team, and, two years later we're still here and completely loving our home and the area. Looking back the team went above and beyond, were super knowledgeable and gave us all the facts (good and bad) straight up. This is the worst estate agent I have ever had dealings with. All the staff are incredibly rude and seem to think the sun shines out their backsides. Don't bother leaving them a voicemail as I quote "us estate agents do not listen to voicemails". Shocking attitude from Francis which works there, not really sure how they actually sell any houses as when i attempted to pay the full asking price for a property they had they refused saying they had to let their VIP clients from London look round first and the advertised price was only a guide and clients from London would likely pay far more than this. This was the first day it was live on the market so was a bit taken back. Delt with many eatate agents over the years and they are generally helpful and friendly as they are trying to sell you a house, however with this agent it would appear you have to put the work in to try and buy a house off them. Hopefully with this attuide they will not be around for too long so not many people have to put up with their awful attitude. If you list your propert with this company then good luck, you will need it.... Read more

Lodestone sold our Somerset townhouse in the summer of 2019. We were very impressed. We didn’t ever have to chase them for marketing, for feedback, or for advice. Their style of showing our home with people exclusively from the locality, worked brilliantly for those viewing; they were able to paint a picture of the lifestyle being bought into, without the pressure of the owners' being there. Online they kept pushing, from appropriately placed website adverts targeting the right sort of potential buyers, to working their own socials. They also generated multiple broadsheet and tabloid features for the property. All at a difficult time in the housing market. All the employees were friendly and efficient, and the directors were consummate professionals throughout.
