Great team: Good Communication & Professionalism, would definitely contact them again in the future. Having a wife on the CEV list, viewings are never easy. Connells listened, understood and acted brilliantly.

Looked at selling my house with them but found out the fees were very expensive so they said not to worry we will add 5k on the house to pay for our fees. Manger turned up to took photos on his mobile but one room he couldn't get a decent photo they uploaded ones that was used by another agent. I never got any feed back after viewings always felt like i was chasing them couldnt wait to get out of contract with them such a waste of time.
When i went with another agent who i may add sold my house i 1 day i came across a house that i wanted to buy via connells once again the customer Service was awfull.
I put offeres in on the house and was told someone would get back to me at least 4 times a called and still no phone call back the lack of customer respect is terrible this is someones life choices they are dealing with i think they are the worst estate agent ever
