Where to start... our journey was not a smooth sailing one (through no one's fault, just fate!) and took us almost a year to get into our dream home but throughout that year Paul Carr Burntwood have been there through the highs and lows. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. James has gone next level with all he has done for us, certainly above and beyond and even out of working hours provided us reassurance, support and never ending patience! He truly is an asset to the company.
With moving being one of the most stressful things you can ever do, James and his team will certainly be able to take the worries away - thank you all so so so much for everything <3 x

We have been really impressed with the service provided by the whole team at Paul Carr, in Burntwood so far. When we first met James we knew we were in good hands . He provided sound knowledge with honest & realistic advice about our house which really helped moved things forward. Morgan , Tracey & Sophie have also been so helpful and are always on the end of the phone for advice/ reassurance. I felt the house viewing arrangements were managed well & appreciated all the viewings they did. I have a young family & they worked round this which I am grateful for. Cannot thank the team enough!
We had our purchase property fall through on us (no fault of PC) and we were very close to pulling out ourselves but James encouraged us to view another property and re-ignited the spark again. Following this he has negotiated on our behalf for our onward purchase and did excellently, taking the emotion out of the negotiation for us, he is approachable and we trust him entirely.
Sophie is a wonderful reassuring presence to speak to, we are very security conscious, however I felt extremely comfortable allowing Sophie to show our buyer around our home when we were away, she provides clear instruction on what is required and has been dream to work with.
Also a big shout out to John Burbridge who is the resident Mortgage Advisor working through Mortgage Advice Bureau, providing sound, easily comprehensible advice and easily contactable, unlike other mortgage advisors I have spoken to in the past.

Disappointed as requested a viewing and was not contacted although it said one of our representatives would . I phoned and was told you'll be contacted when viewing starts still nothing . Also when I went to office asked to go on list but was not told when a particular property came on market . I didnt have the best of experience with Paul Carr. My home was advertised with a Paul Carr for 12 weeks, I receieved 0 viewings and 0 enquiries.
I didn't feel that they were as pro active as they could have been and I certainly didn't feel like a valued customer.
