I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Whilst the only in-person dealing that we had with MMP were on the first viewing and then completion day, the phone support has been great. The purchase took 5 months despite being very straightforward, all because of issues with my solicitors and mortgage advisors however MMP were very understanding and even helped me to chase things up. There were a few times where I felt a little overwhelmed with the chasing but it was more because I was frustrated with the lack of news that I could give as my solicitors were so tardy and loved giving vague updates when chased. Overall, the knowledge and support from MMP throughout has been great and they have helped to put me at ease.... Read more
