She was excellent at keeping me up to date and helping me get through a fairly difficult sale which I really appreciate! She was quick to respond to emails and easy to get in touch with on the phone which made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend.

6th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and attitude that Smooth Move have shown us. Highly recommended!

10th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I would give -0 if I could The worst estate agents I have dealt with. Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money. They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??

Tracey, Gill, Richard, Emma, Keeley were all lovely to work with and really went above and beyond to make the process run smoothly. Experienced, honest & helpful. A highly recommended team!
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)My property was up for sale with Peter Allen Chepstow for 15 months. They were friendly with good empathy. Several similar properties on another site (Just over the border in England were sold relatively quickly) They liked to adopt a strategy you can up date this or change that. The outside of my property looks clean and tidy with no mess but they sold the property with rubbish and weeds.Although they did not sell my property, they did try to actively persuade people in the summer months. So while not being positive, I would not actively say don't try them to anybody.

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)They were great we were going to go for them. However, they had the higher fees and the the selling prize was lower. Saying that they said the correct amount because we sold our property for that. Maybe we will have a quicker sell for our property..
