We havent rented through them before but its been such a positive experience so far - Got through to Charlotte G and from booking the viewing, to handling all paperwork and enquiries thereafter, she's made the whole thing super smooth and easy. Nice fast replies, all questions answered, really lovely attitude. We feel like we're in good hands and it's taken all the stress out of it. Thanks :)

6th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and attitude that Smooth Move have shown us. Highly recommended!

26th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Jay, Stacey, Karon and Paula, were all friendly and very helpful, and answered any questions we needed them to. Always got back to us even out of working hours for themselves, we would 100% recommend them, and we would use them again!!
10th Dec 2023 (11 mo. ago)I would give -0 if I could The worst estate agents I have dealt with. Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money. They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

Mr Watson by comparison has been a breath of fresh air and over delivered on aspects of the selling process. If he keeps this up he will own the agency market in the Chepstow area!!

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
