I have been dealing with Davis & Sons as a Landlord for well over 10 years. I originally purchased my property through them. The sale went through without any hiccups. When it was time to rent out, they adhered to my request for tenants and I have been so lucky with who I've had in the property. They are faultless. If I need things done, they know who to contact and it's always a fair price. I gave them 5 stars as I don't have any reason not to. We all are entitled to our opinions, but no need to be unprofessional. We all have difficult jobs to do and dealing with the public is probably the hardest. Well done Davis & Sons.... Read more

They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Davis&Sons, Caldicot, currently rent out the property I purchased with them. They know the local market well and give fair and realistic valuations. Usually have a good range of properties. Thorough vetting process for tenants and have experienced no issues receiving payments or problems with tenants. They handle everything and I just leave them to it! Have good tradesmen on file to oversee repairs at reasonable price. Would happily recommend to others.... Read more
