Simon is extremely welcoming and approachable, walking into his office was always reassuring, and we were walked through every step at our own pace, Simon always ensuring we understood each aspect of the decision making process before moving on. Simon was accessible whenever I had any queries, and never made me feel like a question was too silly to ask! With us being first time buyers we were unsure about things and what was needed to be done and Claire talked us through everything we needed to do and explained anything we were unsure about. Thanks to her we are able to get the keys to our first home this week and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her help.

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
