RENTING - be aware, the team are OK but they serve the landlord NOT YOU. Landlord attempted to retain 80% of our deposit when we moved out and Agent supported them, even through the Tenancy deposit scheme process... we won out in the end.<br>Also the rentals team are part time.. so if you garden is flooded with sewage or your boiler fails in mid winter, be prepared for some frustration....
