The photographs and description were of a very high standard and throughout the sales process, we were kept fully informed of developments. Philip offered good advice on the state of the market and was proactive in pursuing opportunities. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rodgers to anybody and were very satisfied with the service we received.
21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The worst service experience ever. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. THE LANDLORD BEING A ROGUE LANDLORD FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND BEING FINED. DONT KNOW HOW TENANTS ARE STAYING QUIET AT THIS PROPERTY.

1st Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)Although the chain was long, Kristy did a fantastic job in managing the chain throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Kristy in getting the job done and keeping the chain together. There were times when we felt the chain would fall apart but Kristy ensured that didn’t happen and was always communicating with us. Although the process wasn’t the easiest it was overall a great service from Kristy and Hilton King and Locke.

17th Nov 2024 (17 days ago)Sue in lettings has provided an excellent and professional service from viewing to after moving in. She has gone above and beyond throughout the process. She has been very quick at responding to emails and helping to resolve any issues. So far really great experience after a not so great experience in my last rental with a different company. I can not fault Tim Russ & Co so far. I would highly recommend Tim Russ & Co and Sue for renting.
12th Sep 2024 (12 weeks ago)We’re happy to recommend Robsons of Amersham as we were impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the agents who handled our sale. The regular updates were reassuring. We obtained quotes from five agencies but were astounded at the wide variance between them (a range of £150,000), however Robsons were the midpoint and their reasoning and analysis made the most sense. The fee charged by estate agents is a considerable expense in moving house but in our case Robsons negotiated a sale price higher than the guide price so we received good value.

The team has gone above and beyond ever since, with a special thank you to Anthony, squeezing in viewings to accommodate everyone's needs, and really taking the time to show our property to potential buyers, whilst at the same time having a pro-active outlook on finding our next dream home! They were superb - very friendly, professional and honest throughout. We particularly found the method of keeping in touch via our own WhatsApp group to be effective. Firstly Dee (who has now left and is a big loss to Hamptons) was fantastic with us when conducting viewings and liaising with us throughout. Once our offer was accepted, Tania from the post-sales team was also fantastic, giving a great service and truly going above and beyond to liaise with a difficult chain and get the completion done, often going beyond her role to speak to people up and down the chain. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons again and would certainly work with them for any future needs.
