24th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.

1st Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Georgia maintained regular communication throughout the purchase process and provided support whenever we had queries or required additional information. She dealt with the hurdles of the process with care and showed great patience and empathy, understanding our situation as part of a chain. Kayleigh made sure our transaction does not get effected with any pauses and see's it through to end.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

They have looked after my elderly parents’ rental property for over 15 years, and in that time have been so much more than just letting agents — always kind, patient, caring, professional and incredibly efficient. Their support and advice over the years has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help my parents, always treating them with such respect and genuine warmth. It has been a real comfort to our family knowing the property was in such safe and capable hands. Now that my parents are selling the property, Kathi & Sue have continued to be amazing — helping us with historical paperwork and information for the solicitors and buyers without hesitation. We honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic, and my parents will truly miss them — not just professionally, but personally as well. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were.
