9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The ladies at Holmans were superb. (and Roger)We were kept updated all the time and nothing was too much trouble. They calmed us when we needed reassurance and helped keep the chain intact, which is not easy in today’s market. Would thoroughly recommend for selling houses.
26th May 2026 (23 days ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. Geordie was proactive during the whole process and we would definitely recommend him as an excellent estate agent.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him. Although we weren’t direct clients of Kennedys, I’m very glad our sellers chose them. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and we’re very grateful for their support.

From the very start of the process they kept us informed on progress with regular updates so we could relax and enjoy the process in what can otherwise be a very stressful time. The entire process—from referencing to signing the agreement—was completed in under two weeks, which was fantastic. Everything felt seamless throughout. Rob guided us every step of the way, and his knowledge and experience in the lettings sector—especially with the new regulations coming into force—were invaluable. We couldn’t recommend Rob and his team highly enough.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
