They kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything very quick and efficient. I had lots of interactions with Hanzalah and Maisie and they always responded immediately and always got back to me if needed. I appreciate their dedication and would definitely recommend them to others.

8th May 2024 (6 mo. ago)They overpriced it. We kept dropping the price (3 times in the 6 months we were tied in with them). We dropped the price by £125K in total - still zero interest. We didn't have a single viewing. When we told them the 6 months were up and we were going with someone else, they still had the nerve to ask for 2 weeks notice; and they didn't take the for sale sign down till after the 28 weeks.

It’s been a rollercoaster of a ride with lots of ups and downs but we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and we’re so excited to get into our beautiful home. I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Completely exceeded my expectations and gone above and beyond in every aspect. Selling and buying at the same is incredibly stressful but you’ve held my hand throughout this (I think I’m bald now haha) and I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much for all your support ??????
8th Nov 2024 (27 days ago)Thank you to Alex from the Mortgage Team that helped us explore the options for re-mortgaging to do some home improvements. We ended up extending with our current lender, which Alex arranged very quickly! It was also good to get advice on what else was ‘out there’ on the market across the different lenders. Highly recommend Alex’s services.
13th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

3rd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Reed Rains Colne in good faith They suggested the Modern Method of Auction. which would be quick and easy It was NEITHER!. After almost 6 mths the house is now almost ready to exchange contracts .It was handed over to I Am Sold and we were obliged to accept a much lower offer and from then on Reed Rains dropped us. When we questioned this after trying to move things along we were told it was no longer their problem. They arranged a firm of Solicitors at our request but it was a not a local Solicitor it was Prosperity Law LLP in Manchester who have been nothing but trouble from day one. I have reams of correspondence from e mails but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with them Messages ignored, phone calls straight to answerphone. If this is the way Reed Rains does business then I have to say It is a disgrace.To anyone going for Moderm method of Auction I would say DONT and find another Estate Agent.
