Overall Farrar & Forbes were excellent although I think I would have preferred them to have marketed the property longer and got more interest before reducing the guide price by £8000 after only three weeks, although this could have been the decision of the auction company. The manner and communication were excellent. They were always willing to answer any questions.

As a new landlord, F&F have been brilliant. From queries before putting an offer in, to the survey, and a lot of enquiries in between and since, the lads have been very knowledgeable, patient (thankfully lol), quick in response and have resolved outstanding issues from the previous landlord. And as importantly, the tenant is happy which is credit to Reece and Greg. Should an opportunity arise to build my portfolio locally, without a doubt I'd seek the expertise of these guys to continue to manage everything, faultless ????????????????????

We just sold our house, using Farrar & Forbes Estate Agents. The sale was a little rocky (through no fault of the estate agents) but we practically had our hands held through the entire process. We primarily dealt with Reece who has expert knowledge on everything house-sale related and he was really professional and made us feel like we were in safe hands. The home scanning process was really modern, and the images and write up of the home were both fantastic. We were constantly kept updated and if we had any queries, they were always quick to answer our calls and provide the updates we needed.
Would highly recommend Farrar & Forbes! We will definitely be using them if we need again in the future.

I rented a property from Farrar and Forbes. The service was flawless from start to finish. Such an easy process and they take the stress out of moving. I registered my interest for the property on the 14th May and received the keys on the 24th May! The application for the house was done on an app and they give updates constantly on the progress. The estate agents are quick responders to any correspondence sent! Probably at times out of the working hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Guys!
