I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.... Read more

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He and his team put in a huge amount of time, effort, and dedication to help sell my house. The property was sold three times, and I had a lot of offers on houses I was buying that he dealt with professionally.
