I wrote to the directors of the business and said. “I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your organisation for the smooth and business like manner in selling both my and my Mother’s property. Ben Gibbs was magnificent, professional and respectful in all his dealings, negotiations and particularly in finding buyers. He kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. He frequently had to be the go between with 2 very demanding purchasers. He is, in my opinion, a real asset to your business. His local knowledge was key to servicing our needs and those of our purchasers. The timescales were exacting and he rose to the challenge, knowing how to keep all parties happy. As we were selling from another area they went over and above helping with viewings EPC issues etc. They guided us through every aspect of the sale in a calm and professional manner. Could not recommend them more highly.
16th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.
11th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Sold quickly but just about any estate agent could have done the same. No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

4th Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
