28th Nov 2025 (15 days ago)Even though I ended up buying through a different agent, the Team at Honiton (Harry, Sam) were brilliant and helped me so much. All Fulfords branches have been amazing. All consistent and professional and very helpful. I don't usually leave reviews, but after getting over long term illness and moving home, I would recommend them and use them in future. I originally purchased through Fulfords and Exmouth, Exeter, Honiton and Dawlish (Sean Olleys' Team) offices have been very professional.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I'm afraid we have to confess we were not the easiest prospects to deal with but thanks to Beth we got there in the end! Thanks also for the welcome card and bottle of bubbly. 15th Nov 2025 (28 days ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!.png)

4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
