I wrote to the directors of the business and said. “I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your organisation for the smooth and business like manner in selling both my and my Mother’s property. Ben Gibbs was magnificent, professional and respectful in all his dealings, negotiations and particularly in finding buyers. He kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. He frequently had to be the go between with 2 very demanding purchasers. He is, in my opinion, a real asset to your business. His local knowledge was key to servicing our needs and those of our purchasers. The timescales were exacting and he rose to the challenge, knowing how to keep all parties happy. Even once a buyer was found Chris and Amy took great care guiding us through the sale process through to completion. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

As we were selling from another area they went over and above helping with viewings EPC issues etc. They guided us through every aspect of the sale in a calm and professional manner. Could not recommend them more highly.
16th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

2nd Oct 2023 (1 year ago)We have recently sold our property with Jasper and the lovely ladies in the office at Ware Commercial and could not fault their effort and support. All of the team are incredibly knowledgeable about getting the best results for you. They will offer professional advice when dealing with solicitors (their advice was much better than our solicitor's - saving us thousands of pounds). An incredible team that I can't recommend enough.

4th Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
