Mathew’s photos and video were excellent and resulted in numerous viewings. Almost every viewing would have resulted in a sale had the couples been able to sell their current house.

14th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)The process was long and I had to keep asking what was happening During the viewing, we received no feedback until I called them. No communication in between and no work done to try and sell the property. The photos of the house were poor .

The advice , knowledge, experience and regular weekly updates of Sue and the team at Leonard’s Holderness Road office allowed us a quick, uncomplicated and smooth sale of our parents home in Beverley. I would certainly never use anyone else, and , I would highly recommended to anyone else looking at selling their property in the surrounding areas. Once again Thankyou.

I originally got 3 valuations & by far picked the best estate agents in Graig & Lee. I was nervous on the viewing day but Lee was absolutely amazing from start to finish & was pleasure to have him in my home for the 2 days it took to sell my property. Thousand per cent would highly recommend Lovelle in Cottingham, go with these guy's & you'll be just fine. Kayleigh did my valuation & she's lovely lady professional yet very very easy to chat to & Pearl cant help you enough when you don't understand certain things. I have been in the renter market for more than 3 years, the level at which they respond to inquiries and complete deals is marvelous. I will strongly recommend dealing with them. While we would have liked to arrange a second viewing to look everything over again ourselves, in the end, everything worked out as it should, and Kyle resolved many of our doubts throughout the entire purchasing process. He was also helpful with a few questions about the house's operation afterwards. I also appreciate the ladies in the office who allowed me to wait there for a while on the key collection day and offered me a cup of tea.
