20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Took longer to get to market then I expected but that was not Beercocks fault at all ! ( government legislation ). Through each and every stage ( so far ! ) they have been excellent from preperation, photography and video ,valuation and negotiation. spot on. Even down to helping buyers with thier government requirements to help the sale.Here's hopeing everything goes smoothly and a big thank you to Jake , Lucy and all the team.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

We have been looking for our ideal home for quite a long time, and thanks to the coordinated work of the team, this process was as comfortable as possible. 20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!

We had a couple of estate agents come out to value our house, but we chose Oscars because they made us feel the most comfortable and were clear that everything was included.<br><br>Throughout the sale process, Stef was always available to help, provide updates and communicate with the buyers, which was often much quicker than waiting for responses from the solicitors.<br><br>Overall, the experience was smooth and professional and we would definitely recommend Oscars to anyone looking to sell their home.

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

The effort Hannah put into taking our photos was beyond what I was expecting and I believe that this really helped us secure so many viewings. Replies from the team and always so fast, they go above and beyond with their support, I would highly recommend.
