There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.
10th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)I would give -0 if I could The worst estate agents I have dealt with. Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money. They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
