There needs to be another Star on this review, as 6 out of 5 stars is more appropriate for this team of people. To name them, Alice and Andy would be top of my list, but everyone pulled their weight in their own way. Wonderful, supportive, patient, experienced, kind, expert, understanding and going out of their way to make this experience the most successful outcome for me. My sister and I are very grateful to Lily and Slawek in Shrewsbury, and all the team in Ludlow (particularly Andrew who gave us great advice right at the beginning of our long journey to becoming landlords, and remained patient and helpful throughout). Everyone has been a delight to work with, and Lily was extremely helpful and understanding when guiding us through the process of finding our tenant. Without doubt the best estate agents I've had experience of; professional, proactive and informative from the initial assessment of the property through to the final sale. This sale had not been straightforward, due to Covid and other factors, but Samuel Wood managed the situation well, kept me informed and moved the process along efficiently to a good conclusion.

Throughout what turned out to be a very trying sale (caused by the various problems encountered and, to an extent caused by our buyers) Linda at Samuel Wood was outstanding. She kept us informed, advised us when we were unsure how to deal with our very slow (and often uncommunicative) buyers and steered us into the safe waters of completion whilst remaining calm and upbeat at all times. We just couldn't have hoped for a better guide through the process.

I put my house for sale with Samuel woods, and dealt with Jack Davies. I found the company and jack to be very professional and extremely helpful, especially when it came to the conveyancing and exchange, he was always available to help and advise me. Also very professional when dealing with potential buyers viewing my property whilst I was away. My house sold very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
