I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

Jack kept us updated on a weekly basis and even drove to Cardiff for my signature on an essential document, then to my brother for his signature and delivered the documents to the solicitors. You certainly won’t get better service than that. Thank you Jack. Adam great too

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Adam’s advice in terms of marketing the property and negotiating the best sale price was spot on. There were some unexpected hurdles along the way which Adam dealt with professionally and efficiently. After solicitors were instructed he made sure that the transaction kept moving forward and kept us informed. He always responded to calls or emails promptly. His service is thoroughly professional (at not unreasonable cost) and we highly recommend it. JS & SS 11.12.24

Every step of the process was very smooth and I had no issues calling the staff at Michael Adey’s as they were all absolutely lovely and always willing to address anything I required .
