A great experience letting with Winkworth specifically with Chloe. I have historically always managed my own tenancies but decided hand it over to Winkworth because their fees were competitive and when I met Chloe for the first time she was really professional and knowledgeable. I have been in regular contact with Chloe since the start of the process and she has made it easy work. A suitable tenant was found within a few weeks and I am pleased with how easy the process has been. Winkworth will be managing the property too which I can't yet comment on, however from the initial conversations I am sure I won't have any issues. Thank you Winkworth!

From start to finish they made the process smoother and more efficient.
We were very apprehensive having had two bad experiences with estate agents before who weren't transparent and were quite underhand.
However Winkworth's, and Tess especially who dealt with our purchase, have restored our faith in the profession.
We were relocating and therefore had short time frames down here looking at houses. From the get go they were super accomodating and helped squeeze in a last minute on the day viewing when we noticed the property, as we were due to be travelling back home the day after. They were clear and transparent from that point, keeping us up to date after we put our offer in.
Even during our viewing they pointed out things they'd ask the seller for clarification on, rather than just trying to sell the house to us. You could tell they cared about doing it right. We were lucky enough that our offer was accepted and Tess was amazing helping support the purchase. She kept a clear communication line for us and the seller, and also chased up solicitors when needed. She answered everything quickly and nothing ever felt like a bother. She even took some photos of the house for us so we didn't have to travel to do it! Despite us being the "buyer", it truly felt like Tess (and her colleagues) wanted to support both parties with the purchase and were happy to help. It felt very personal and not at all corporate which is super rare. We couldn't be happier with their service and will definitely use them in the (very far)future should we move from our lovely new property.

When we bought our current home it was through Carter Geering, now known as Winkworth. The face of Carter Geering for us was Catherine Smith who dealt with one of the most difficult purchases imaginable. She is the epitome of calm professionalism but with warmth and friendliness. She dealt with everything so incredibly well that she was integral to us buying our home. Without her input it wouldn't have happened. It's refreshing that in this day and age, the personal touch still counts. So if Winkworths future is built upon people like this, who have compassion and integrity then the company are in good hands. Thanks again Catherine. Miracles do happen.
