8th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)After a couple of very difficult years, contemplating selling our house and moving to a new start was daunting, the staff at Evans Bros were very professional and reassuring, both Dai and Angharad worked through the process and putting our property onto the market at a realistic price, this attracted lots of interest and an offer within the first week was accepted. communication was excellent and no question or request was too difficult. The whole process from offer accepted to completion was less than two months. I don't believe that we would of had this excellent level of service from an other company in the area Fantastic work, Thankyou so much

He is the most personable, friendly and enthusiastic mortgage advisor anyone could wish for! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to take on a mortgage or for advice. Thank you Matt!
26th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties.- 15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very good. Communication excellent. Sale agreed in 5 days. 16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This must be worst letting agents in south wales i applied for a property to rent and was sent a link.to.pay holding dyposit i explained it would be done same day but give me until.5pm as im traveling bk to wales from england as i was at relative funeral sadly on my way home throught no fault of mine my mercedes was hit badly on motorway by a drunk driver i was hospitalised for few weeks in bad way i explained to letting agents and they was so rude to me and abusive i even offerd them medical evidance despite this property still availsbile and i have ready funds to rent the property they lied to me and said it was rented for next two years but the house still.remains emty and viewings still.takeing place this agent has in last few days been reported to ombusman for there missconduct towards me and i want make public aware this agent are worst ive ever come accross they lie throught there teath verry dishounest and have no hearts more posts to follow on tick tock and u tube also i was paying 900 that they wanted but in fact the house is only valued by local agents at 675 pcm im single dad recently divorced sleeping on a two seater sofa and am absoultly desprate for a property for me and my daughter this agent needs be ashsmed of them selfs
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Cannot praise the team enough! The team are professional, communicate well, friendly and do not make you feel silly for asking question or shund for having a dog. They took the time to get to know situation, me and my dog! I would recommend as a renter and I have recommended to sellers too.

17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I was very happy with Cardigan Bay Properties. I was with them for a long time, as my house proved a little difficult to sell. I got to know the team over that time and always found responsive, helpful and friendly. My house sold in the end and I was glad I stayed with CBP throughout the journey. I felt supported by Tania and the team and I felt they were fair and straightforward in their negotiations. I would definitely recommend Cardigan Bay Properties to anyone who wants to sell their home, even if it is a house that is not the easiest to sell as mine was.
