Very disappointing experience. I called to arrange a viewing for a property I was genuinely interested in and was told that veiwing is not yet started but I’d be added to the waiting list. I provided all the requested information, including details about my income and family circumstances, but heard nothing for two weeks. When I followed up, they claimed to have no record of my enquiry and said the list was already full. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or acknowledge the mistake.
