Having never heard of these guys before, whilst looking for a property to purchase, I found one which was suitable through these. The viewing was great, relaxed and enjoyable with a non pushy attribute to it (unlike some I've walked away from). Kept in touch regularly with Darren who was happy to offer advice and support throughout the process of buying especially when it's complicated..
