lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.... Been busy after my house move sorting but wanted to leave feedback regards my experience with Monopoly. The process was longer than initially thought down to problems at bottom of the chain as well as few issues that arose with survey. The team at Monopoly Llanbedr handled it all in a timely, efficient and friendly but professional manner, always keeping me up to date and were helpful with information needed to resolve issues from the survey.
