   Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile.    As a first time buyer, I was totally clueless in every aspect of the whole process. I’ve got to say, you never made me feel like I was asking too much or like I was being a nuisance and as someone who massively over thinks and stresses this was such a relief to me. Everyone I encountered was lovely but I’ve got to highlight Linda as she was always so patient and lovely, such a calming presence and genuinely lovely person.    Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient.
