We would highly recommend them as they are so friendly, have fabulous communication, are knowledgeable, always at hand to reassure you about the proceedings and are totally professional at all times. We didn’t realize how much was involved, as we had thought about doing it ourselves, but soon realized the extent of work that they do for you to make the whole process work so smoothly, how cost effective it is and how it relieved the pressure off ourselves. Be rest assured that due diligence is going on behind the scenes to make sure that they find the right buyer for you. We have already recommended them to friends, who received the same experience, with all properties being sold at a great price.Tony and the team are a dream team! It’s good to know that the staff at Gibbs are not just eager to please - they get the job done as it should be done. Peace of mind 10/10 Thank you Keith !!

26th Jul 2024 (1 day ago)Avoid this estate agents. Been renting on 131 bells hill in barnet. House full of mould on walls and windows and they won't do anything about this. I also been waiting 3 years to get the oven fixed. They only care about getting the money end of the month and increase rent every year. I am currently on dispute with them as they won't give me back my deposit. I'm not the first and I won't be the last having this issues. Previously tenant as received only half of his deposit back.

Nothing is too much trouble. Response times close to immediate! Couldn't have asked for better to help my mother through an emotional time. Thanks to all.

6th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Having entrusted them with selling our family home of 30 years; they were up against another one of the other leading estate agents in the area. They managed to secure a price above what we had expected! They were professional and honest throughout. I am very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Honesty, integrity and respect is at the heart of what they do, something which is hard to find in this market. They treated us like family and we are forever grateful.

The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!

Do not trust that their agents can put forward your offer. They have miscommunicated with their landlord which ultimately cost us our potential flat. Do not rely on them in your search and keep your other options open. Even if they make a mistake you will be blamed for it. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
