I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything.
