8th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Andrew Lloyd from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and sort out any issues that came up while we were letting the flat. We dealt with Andrew directly most of the time and he was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with throughout. Move-out was also straightforward and everything was handled fairly and professionally. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with estate agents in London.

I can honestly say that we've never had a bad experience with them, and every member of staff that we've interacted with over the years have been professional, friendly, and happy to offer advice to any queries we've had. I can highly recommend and look forward to many more years as their customer.

As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

29th May 2026 (20 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

12th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons. The move in was so smooth and all that was made possible with Sephorah’s help!
