Initially a fairly good agents to respond to jobs which need doing but try to cut corners where possible such as gluing blinds and taping peeling kitchen draws back after my son cut his finger! When leaving the property I gave ample opportunity for them to let me know about any problems they would like me to sort before leaving the property. They mentioned not 1 problems until after I left the property and are trying to fleece a single mother of 2 of her hard earned money. Luckily for me I have a hefty paper trail to support my case so I would like to see them try. So with regards to this, they are OK when your giving your money but not when you want it back. They will pick up on the minutest of problems and try con you a ridiculous price. Do not trust them. Take pictures and collect evidence if you are to ever rent a property from them. £410 for a little bit of cleaning and decorating a property which was last decorated 3 years ago. Discriminating against my sons bedroom walls, he is a child. What do they expect? Also matt painted property so no chance of washing the walls to keep up to them. All in all a positively disgusting service that I will not take lying down!

We just rented out a property via William H Brown in Halifax. The letting team, Sophie and Nichola were extremely helpful and professional. They helped us to find a tenant, gave advice, sorted out the paperwork and arranged for work to be done at the property.
We have been renting out houses for a long time and used many estate and letting agents in the past. I can honestly say that the service we received from William H Brown was top notch.

This estate agent is over pricing at the moment on the bigger properties. The properties are sat on the market for a long time and do not sell until the vendor either goes with another agent or takes it off the market completely. Just wasting everyone's time really.

I rented from Dawson as a tenant for 14 yrs since my landlord decided to sell Dawson have not been very helpful I have found them to be rude abrupt and communication in on existent im really disappointed in how it was all handled there all abt the money

Have spoke to vision properties numerous times in regard to their property next door to my house. It has been for sale for the best part of three years. The price has come down in a bid to sell and develop it however they have been informed several times of break in’s at the property while its unoccupied to which they do not seem to react, and it’s now common knowledge somebody is living in there (squatters). So good luck to the person who eventually buys it.

DO NOT EVER SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER SELL YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY COMMISSION IN THE END.
WHEN THEY FIRST VISIT YOU THEY WILL SAY DIFFERENT THINGS, HOWEVER WRITTEN CONTRACT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
NOT WORTH AT ALL ADVERTISING BUSINESS WITH ERNEST WILSON. ABSOLUTELY CRAP AND WILL CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FOR DOING NOTHING.
