All our questions, concerns were answered in detail, and we was understanding of every information that was given to us. 4th Oct 2024 (5 days ago)I have had such a pleasurable encounter with Bridgefords Halifax. I did see a few other letting agencies when deciding to pass the letting of my home to a prophesional company. No other agency came any where close to the amazing team at Bridgefords Halifax. I met Sarah (the manager) she totally put me at ease, very prophesional, Royston efficiently showed perspective tenants around my home and Emily Rawson helped and guided me with paper work, signing contract and day to day enquiries. She was kind and considerate. Nothing was too much for her. The letting process for a Landlord can be a scary world, however, choosing Bridgefords HX was deffinately a great decision which I would highly recommend. I'm totally relaxed and at ease. My new tenants moved in today thanks to a brilliant team who guided me with prophesionalism and empathy when I showed signs of stress. Thankyou Sarah, Emily and Royston

Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

We can’t recommend Dave enough, he made the process of selling our property and purchasing our new one so smooth and stress free. He is extremely professional while also being so personable. Any concerns and questions were addressed immediately. From valuation to photography, viewings and completion Dave made the process enjoyable, quick and easy. Freddie Edkins also assisted the process of the sale and purchase and his professionalism and support was greatly appreciated in the final weeks before completion. What a team!!

I am so glad I did as the service I received was very professional from start to finish & the photography they supplied was awesome. 13th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)We used Hunters to sell our mother's home, who unfortunately needed to go into a nursing home. The service that we received from them was friendly, fast and very efficient. They quickly marketed the property , arranged numerous viewings and managed those viewings on our behalf. A buyer was found very quickly and Hunters were always driving the process forwards in a personal but professional way, which led to a quick completion. Overall, a fantastic company, who managed the whole process for us brilliantly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Photos poor quality, no marketing / sales service at all really.- 26th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We would like to thank everybody at Peter David for their help in the sale of the above property. Everything about the process and the reasons for the value given to the property was explained fully at the evaluation. Their brochures and their marketing were first class. Whenever we spoke to anybody in the office they always sounded motivated and more than happy to help. We were kept fully up to date when viewings were arranged and any feedback both positive and negative that was given. If we were selling a property again Peter David would definitely be our first choice and we highly recommend them to anybody else selling a property. Thank you very much for everything

21st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Harvey and Ryall were recommended to us by a solicitor to run our property portfolio when we became tired of all the ever changing compliance rules and regulations. After an initial meeting they soon set about instructing trades to test and undertake any work that needed doing ,we were fully compliant on all our property's in a very short time and we now leave it in there capable hands to run things going forward. Its a very professional service and we find the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Harvey and Ryall to anyone. Jacqui and Dave Ellis.
