6th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed. Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

26th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I chose Nick Griffiths because I felt very confident that he would sell my house and their charges were slightly less than others. Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.

They kept me well informed at every stage and made everything run smoothly and efficiently. Their knowledge of the local market and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent!
28th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Communication was good in first 2 months, but after that , over the 4 months following, the Communication was extremely poor. I gave notice and didn't have acknowledgement. I had to make calls you get feedback, with the Manager promising to speak to our Negotiator do she would call us, but on 2 occasions I requested feedback, and no comms from them. Then, when going in to collect our key, I overheard the Manager apologising to a man o the phone because they had lost their key. As it was now a 15 min wait, I thought I would ask if there was a problem? The Manager apologised that they seemed to have lost our key too!!! Our home is at risk, do we have asked Bennetts to pay to change our locks. We have gone to Sheldon Bosley Knight, who have already got us a viewing, and are very professional.

Jess was extremely helpful at viewings and was understanding of all of our points and accommodating for our time. As first time buyers we needed the freedom to explore options and find what we wanted in a property. Jess did and great job at helping us find one and since then, her and the wider team have been a great support!

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

Rob was extremely accommodating organising viewings as well as being friendly and personable throughout our experience. Rob is very approachable, warming and has been extremely communicative and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you for all your help and if needed in the future the first place I would look to is Belvoir!
