A very professional service, great customer care and would highly recommend to family and friends.
Rented for a total of 9 months while waiting on buying my own home. Found them very rude when having to move out, feel like as they knew I wouldn't be using them anymore they could speak to me and do as they pleased, making what was a very stressful period even more so. All in all not a very good experience and am happy it only had to last as long as it did.
They are very fair, good communication and customer service. Have always treated me with respect as a tenant. I would reccomend them!
Property let very quickly and information passed on quickly to start with. Was not informed about tenant passing checks until I chased this up. Maybe better to be assigned one person from the office who deals with each client rather than about 3 people so wires aren't crossed! A bit last minute in terms of reviewing the tenancy agreement- just 1 working day before tenants were due to move in!

When organising to view the property we have been very happy with the service. After a few months went by we started to notice reoccurring issues happening with the boiler,oven and drainage system. There have been 2 occasions where we have had to miss days at work due to the boiler not working and both times been given 2 different times the landlord would arrive only to be told he was going to be later when we've called to enquire why he was late. Not helpful after the contract had been signed and I wouldn't use again.
