We have a flat they we rent out that was vacated just before the Pandemic struck. As soon as was feasible Matthew Lewis was on the ball and a new tenant was found but unfortunately could not move in until the block of flats (it is a over 55's sheltered accommodation) would allow new tenants in. Matthew ensued that the new tenant was moved in with the minimum of delay once permission was given We were kept informed at all the stages of the transaction and Matthew was very professional throughout and is very personable. We would recommend Matthew and R.A. Bennetts to anyone looking for a rental management team.

First class service. We are at the end of the process of buying a house and selling our own through RA Bennett. The whole process has been a breeze. Jenna in particular is really helpful and knowledgeable and has helped us understand some of the legal jargon when we haven't been able to speak with our own solicitor. Would definitely recommend, had a lovely and helpful fella named oliver, who showed us around the property.
It has been refreshing to be helped by someone who isnt just a robotic, suited-up estate agent but instead has the ideal balance of professionalism and a sense of humour both of which made me and my partner feel at ease as trying to decide on a property and move house can be very stressful!
