Have just come out the other-side of a gruelling 6 month conveyance period. Zoey was supportive during the process - doing what she could to chivvy the solicitors along. The actual sale of the property was a positive experience. The whole team, who were very friendly and polite, introduced a good quantity of prospective buyers and were proactive in gaining feedback from the viewings which they consistently passed on to me in a timely manner. Zoey was, happy to and, successful in negotiating with the developers of the onward purchase to ensure that the sale could proceed, for which I was very grateful. Having used Bennetts previously we went back to them when our current tenants left after several years. Again a great service from Bennett's Evesham branch. Local and easily on hand for appointments and all necessary checks. Property advertised and rented out within a week. All paperwork done efficiently and tenants in with no problems. A Valuation was arranged with Nathan. At 2.30pm Saturday 1st June. He never turned up. I rang the Astate Agents they said it was 4.30pm. No o e cane!
