   Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.... Read more

   Having Winkworth as my agency for five years or so was nothing short of a pleasure! Tom, Tanya and Kim are all so responsive, great to communicate with and were ALWAYS on the ball and ready to help me or deal with any issues I had. Without a doubt one of the best agency’s you could let from, I always felt secure in my home, valued and even during very difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic I was treating with respect and kindness.    Excellent service and support from Ben and his team. We had the pictures taken on the Monday, these were then published on rightmove that evening. We accepted an offer on the Thursday! Really great communication with our private WhatsApp group. This meant information and questions could be answered very quickly and easily.
