   I chose Nick Griffiths because I felt very confident that he would sell my house and their charges were slightly less than others. Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission.    Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.... Read more

   Jamie and the team helped us to buy our first home and couldn’t recommend the Hunter French Tetbury team enough. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later.    Chris was an amazing support, and a great communicator, throughout the house buying process. At the initial viewing, Chris was knowledgeable about the house/area and personable - a breath of fresh air compared to some of the house viewings with other estate agents we had attended in Bristol. From that point onwards, Chris kept in regular contact with us, following up with updates on the house sale progress, without us needing to chase. We had some delays with our ongoing chain but Chris made us feel reassured by proactively chasing slow solicitors and communicating clearly throughout to ensure our house sale went through on time.
