Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.... Read more

Struggled to get viewings with Matt. Struggled to get responses from Matt and Teresa . Whilst purchasing with them. It really spoilt what should have been an exciting happy process. I was a focused purchaser. Had to repeatedly ring and speak to matts colleagues asking if he can please respond re making a viewing. Teresa is a bit more responsive but we experienced a fair bit of being ignored and unresponsiveness from her as well. Such a shame. Really spoilt the purchase for us.... Read more
