Avoid at all costs. Despite arranging a full professional end-of-tenancy clean, including carpets, and leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in, this agency is now claiming they had to carry out an additional clean and that we left the property in poor condition. We have invoices, photos, videos, and email correspondence with Ridgeway confirming the work completed, yet they are still attempting to withhold our deposit. We were reliable tenants — rent was always paid on time, we were flexible with contractor access, and we fully adhered to the tenancy agreement. It’s genuinely disappointing to be treated this way after being so cooperative. I would strongly advise avoiding this estate agent if you value honesty and fairness regarding your deposit....
