I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
