19th Mar 2025 (10 mo. ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
14th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)What an absolute amazing company, from start of the process, everyone I met and spoke to over the phone , was polite happy, knowledgeable of who I was and what I needed . I felt safe knowing all Hunters staff were invested to deliver a top class service to their customers. I wish all estate agents were this good. Couldn’t fault any part of time with them . Would highly recommend them to anyone moving or selling a home . 10/10

She was also extremely helpful throughout the process, and we cannot thank her enough. Many Thanks Helen. James
20th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)I had an issue where they randomly cancelled my viewing, causing much inconvenience, but thankfully I was given a full apology, reimbursed the transport costs, and given a full video tour of the property I wanted to view. They're decent people and have done well to make up for the mistake.

12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)They don’t do repairs on houses took 3 months last year to repair a hole in the roof and now they are avoiding more repairs damp in the house and they do nothing!

Fitted a cylinder in a property for this agent and despite numerous calls/emails/complaints we are still yet to receive payment, now three month overdue. They tried to pass us over to the landlord when we dealt direct with them, but we’ve heard nothing. Would not recommend working for this company.

Reeds Rains aren't like that! Deb in the Durham office has been determined to help the sale process along by pestering solicitors and making sure everyone knows what's needed and how things are progressing. It can't be easy fielding questions and answers for both sides of the proverbial fence, but Sharon handled this excellently and never faltered for a second. Incredibly easy to talk to and no ask was too much. Could only wish that I could away 6 out of 5 stars.

They found a buyer for my property very quickly and from start to finish everything ran very smoothly and efficiently. I can’t recommend Ann Cordey Estate Agents enough.
25th Sep 2025 (17 weeks ago)Having a house with langdales estate and letting has been a nightmare of my life not only did they promise me things that never went through they made me pay for rat infestation problems never sent no one out for fixtures and when they did it was bodge jobs everywhere absolutely disgusting. Ceiling was falling through lucky it never while I was there after I reported it constantly which I have proof for. Had to watch my home turn worse beach’s I refused to have to do everything with estate agents who were ignorant untill paying rent- 31st Oct 2025 (12 weeks ago)Look after two properties in Bishop Auckland. So far so good.

15th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)I can’t recommend Ryan James Estate Agents highly enough. They sold my house in just seven days and achieved over the asking price, with several viewings arranged in a very short space of time. The quality of the photographs was excellent and really helped showcase the property. Communication was outstanding throughout, they were always on hand for a conversation, even after hours, and very responsive via WhatsApp. A professional, proactive, and genuinely supportive team from start to finish.
22nd Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)Terrible service on everything. Poor to little communication and response when it comes to things breaking down or emergencies. If something breaks down in any of their units, don't expect a quick or prompt maintenance coming. They don't have any emergency numbers in case something happens over weekends. They will leave you for the weekend without essentials. They will also tell you to fix problems on your own because they can't do something, which when it breaks further, they suddenly find themselves with the ability to do what's needed. You will have to have everyone in the letting complain until they do the bare minimum to fulfill their end of the contracts. In conclusion, DO NOT sign with Progression Property for any Letting especially Student Accommodations; One girl I know was left for a week or more with no internet! It doesn't help you'll likely get a different agent each time you call so there's no consistency in the ability they have to help.

10th Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

He diligently worked through many applications to find me the perfect tenant based on my requirements. He communicated very professionally when he said he would. I couldn’t fault any aspect of this service. First class and very professional. I will be using Daniel and G&G for my next property placements. Thank you ????
