   Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date Dates for completion kept being put back Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today...    I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door.    I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.... Read more
