23rd Mar 2026 (5 mo. ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
