Lune Valley Estates are an outstanding Estate Agent.
Ok, I would say that as they sold my house for me but they did it in such a professional way. They brought the right buyers through the door, at least 7 of them in 2 weeks, they spent a lot of time in the house with them ( I would always advocate that they do the selling and not the owner ), they could answer most of the buyers questions and at all times were open and honest in their communication, realistic and positive.
Ask them what you need to do for them to sell your house and you will get an honest and straight answer. Then do it, as we did. Ours went through in 12 weeks.
Rob, the director is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and a bloody nice bloke too.
I really wish he had handled our purchase as well but you can't win them all.
