I feel the initial valuation and correspondence was effective. However, following the acceptance of an offer there was very little communication and all communication was conducted via WhatsApp messages. There was little support during the sale of my property and any communication came from the estate agents I was purchasing from. The lack of communication caused a number of issues and, at times, the interests of all parties was not considered.

My husband and I first encountered Rob Menzies, director of Lune Valley Estates, when initially house hunting a year or more ago and following that first impression we both individually decided that when the time came for us to market our property we would definitely go with Lune Valley Estates.

We have recently purchased our dream property, via Lune Valley Estates and the service from Rob and his team was absolutely first class.
The process of buying and selling property can be traumatic and, following a chain collapse from the bottom, we can honestly say this purchase would not have gone through without Rob’s rigorous tenacity. Having previously sold another property, via Houseclub, in Lancaster, I have to say that the service provided by Lune Valley Estates was poles apart and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bespoke service where nothing is too much trouble.

I previously had the house on the market with two other agents, and got a letter from Lune Valley Estates. I rang the number, spoke to Lily and not looked back. Rob and Lily have gone over and above all expectations to sell the house for me. They are very easy to communicate with, always get back very quickly to any query or issue, and are very friendly and professional, not being daunted by some external difficulties along the way. They also work outside usual office hours, and while I wouldn't normally contact out of hours, it was reassuring to know they were there. I would definitely recommend.
